Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of SulitSend, operated by Manuel Ángel González Hevia (see the legal notice for full identification details). Using the site means accepting them.
1. What we provide
SulitSend is an information service: we compare the exchange rate, fees and resulting payout of money transfer providers for the Spain→Philippines corridor, and we link you to those providers. That is all we do.
We do not transfer money, hold funds, exchange currency or act as an intermediary in your transaction. Any transfer you make is a contract between you and the provider you chose, governed by that provider's terms. We are not a party to it and cannot cancel, modify, refund or chase it.
2. Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to use a particular provider. Rankings reflect a mechanical calculation of what the recipient receives, not a judgement about which company is right for you. You decide.
3. Accuracy of the figures
Rates and fees change constantly. We source them from the providers and from public reference rates, and we show them as of the moment you compare. We make no guarantee that a figure is still valid when you reach the provider, that the provider will honour it, or that our coverage of a provider's fee structure is exhaustive — some providers vary pricing by payment method, payout method, amount and destination.
Any figures presented as an example on the landing page are illustrative and are labelled as such. They are not a quote. Always confirm the final amount on the provider's own site before confirming a transfer.
4. Commercial relationships
We earn commission from some of the providers listed. This does not affect the price you pay or the order of results. The affiliate disclosure explains exactly how this works and where the conflicts of interest are.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or systematically copy the comparison data for a competing service;
- interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
- use the site for anything unlawful, including any attempt to disguise the origin of funds.
6. Third-party sites
Our outbound links take you to companies we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their pricing, their service quality, their handling of your data or their availability. Their appearance on SulitSend is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their solvency.
7. Availability
The service is provided as-is and free of charge. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on comparison figures, from a provider's acts or omissions, or from the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for damage caused deliberately or by gross negligence — and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
9. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code belong to the operator, except third-party material used under its own licence and provider names and logos, which belong to their owners and are used descriptively.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page always reflects the version in force, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
11. Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
