Because the service is operated by an individual rather than a company, there is no company name, CIF or Commercial Registry entry to state.

What this site does

SulitSend is an independent comparison service for international money transfers, focused on the Spain→Philippines corridor. We show the exchange rate, the fee and the resulting amount your recipient gets across different providers, and we link out to those providers.

We are not a bank, a payment institution or a money transfer operator. We never hold, receive or move your money, and we are not a party to the transfer you make. The transfer itself happens entirely on the chosen provider's own site, under that provider's own terms and under its own regulatory supervision.

We are not authorised or registered by the Bank of Spain, because comparison of this kind is not a reserved activity. Nothing on this site is financial, tax or investment advice.

How we are funded

Some of the providers we list pay us a commission when a user opens an account or completes a transfer after following a link from SulitSend. This never changes the price you pay and never changes the order in which results are shown. The full explanation is on the affiliate disclosure page.

Intellectual property

The design, text, logo and source code of this site belong to the operator named above, except where third-party material is used under its own licence — for example the landing page photographs, which are credited in place and used under Creative Commons licences. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them descriptively; their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond the commercial relationships described in the affiliate disclosure.

Liability

Exchange rates and fees move constantly and are obtained from the providers and from public reference sources. We take care that what we show is accurate at the moment of the comparison, but we cannot guarantee that a provider will honour a given rate, nor that a provider's own site shows the same figure at the moment you arrive. Always confirm the final amount on the provider's site before confirming a transfer.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or conduct of third-party sites we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for damage caused deliberately or by gross negligence, nor does it affect the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Where you act as a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of your own place of residence, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
