What this page collects

Almost nothing, and that is deliberate. This landing page has no sign-up, no contact form, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not profile you and we do not sell or share data with advertisers, because we hold none to sell.

Specifically:

• Language preference. If you switch language, your choice is stored in a NEXT_LOCALE cookie on your own device so the site opens in that language next time. It contains only a language code (en, es or tl) and identifies nobody. Details on the cookie policy page.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., records standard technical request data (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for the purpose of serving the page, security and abuse prevention. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, not analytics: we do not use it to build profiles or measure you across visits.

Legal basis and retention

The language cookie is set only when you actively choose a language, so it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), and it expires after one year or when you clear your browser data. Server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR), and are retained by our host for a short technical period.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery, acting as our processor. Vercel is US-based and transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS and email routing for our domain, on the same basis.

When you click through to a provider such as Wise, Remitly or Western Union, you leave SulitSend and that company becomes the controller of whatever you do on its site, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your transfer details, your identity documents or your banking data — ever.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of or objection to the processing of your personal data, and data portability. Write to hello@sulitsend.com and we will answer within one month. In practice, for this landing page there is usually nothing to give you, because we hold nothing that identifies you.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential processing, we will update this page and ask for your consent through a cookie banner before anything is loaded.
