Sending money from Europe to GCash

GCash is the most widely used mobile wallet in the Philippines, and a direct payout into it skips the bank entirely: the recipient needs a verified GCash account and the mobile number attached to it, nothing else. For a recipient without a bank account, or one who would otherwise travel to a branch, it is usually both the fastest and the cheapest way to land the money.

Only the providers below appear here, and only because each one publishes GCash payout among its own options. A company that supports "mobile wallets" without naming GCash is not listed — inferring the wallet from the category would be us guessing on the recipient's behalf.

Frequently asked questions

What does the recipient need to receive money in GCash?

A verified GCash account and the mobile number registered to it. Fully verified accounts have substantially higher incoming limits than basic ones, which is the usual reason a transfer bounces back — worth checking with the recipient before sending a large amount rather than after.

How fast does GCash payout arrive?

Usually within minutes of the sender's payment clearing, which is the main reason to choose it. The slow step is almost always on the sending side: a card payment clears immediately, a bank debit can take a day, and the wallet payout only starts once the provider has the money.

Are the prices in this table specifically for GCash?

For some rows, yes; for others the price shown is the provider's bank-transfer quote, and those rows are tagged as such directly in the table. Only a minority of providers publish a per-method price feed we can read, so rather than present a bank price as a wallet price we label which is which. The provider's own checkout is authoritative.

Does SulitSend charge anything to use this comparison?

No — SulitSend is free to use. Some providers pay us a referral commission if you sign up through our links, but you pay the same price either way, and commission is never an input to the ranking.
